1. Account Registration

• Vendors must provide accurate business details and comply with applicable laws.
• Keep your login information secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Marketplace Structure

• FashionLuvy connects customers with independent fashion vendors.
• Products are listed, sold, and shipped by vendors, not directly by FashionLuvy.
• FashionLuvy facilitates transactions but is not responsible for vendor actions.

3. Orders and Shipping

• Vendors manage their own shipping policies and timelines.
• Report delivery issues within 7 days of expected arrival.
• Automated tools may be used to improve delivery efficiency.

4. Payments and Fees

• Payments are processed through secure gateways.
• Vendors agree to FashionLuvy’s commission rates and payout schedules.
• Fees may be updated with prior notice.
• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Each vendor sets their own return/refund policy.
• If a vendor fails to respond within 5 business days, FashionLuvy may intervene.
• Refunds follow vendor approval and platform rules.
• Refunds are processed in INR via NEFT/RTGS or other RBI‑approved systems.

6. Content and Copyright

• Vendors retain ownership of product content but grant FashionLuvy rights to use it for marketing.
• Users must not copy, misuse, or distribute content without authorization.
• FashionLuvy’s brand identity, trademarks, and content are protected under IP laws.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• List fake, illegal, or unsafe items.
• Mislead others, commit fraud, or misuse vouchers.
• Harass, spam, or violate privacy.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Engage in bulk/fraudulent orders.

8. Platform Access

• FashionLuvy strives for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Maintenance or technical issues may affect access.
• Report bugs or errors promptly.

9. Limitation of Liability

• FashionLuvy is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or accidental damages.
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

10. Dispute Resolution

• FashionLuvy prefers amicable resolution through discussion.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under Indian jurisdiction (Greater Noida courts).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FashionLuvy, its affiliates, officers, and employees against claims, damages, or penalties arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law.

12. Termination

• FashionLuvy may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraudulent activity, or misuse.
• Credits earned via loyalty/referral/promotions will be forfeited upon termination.

13. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Exclusive jurisdiction lies with courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

• FashionLuvy disclaims warranties regarding product quality, suitability, or legality.
• FashionLuvy is not liable for disputes between buyers and vendors.

16. Alteration Services

• Free alteration services may be offered on select items.
• Products given for alteration are non‑returnable and non‑refundable.
• Liability for damage/loss of samples is limited (e.g., Rs. 500–1000 depending on product type).

17. Charges and Logistics

• Low‑value orders may incur a platform fee.
• GT Charges (Goods Transport) apply for delivery, collected on behalf of transport partners.
• Ownership of products transfers to buyers once handed to the transporter.

18. General Provisions

• Severability: If any clause is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not constitute waiver.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and FashionLuvy.
• Changes: FashionLuvy may update these Terms without prior notice. Continued use implies acceptance.
