What Is InstaReturn?

InstaReturn is FashionLuvy’s fast-track return feature that allows customers to return eligible products effortlessly—without long forms, hidden clauses, or complicated approvals. With just a few taps, your return is initiated and processed smoothly.

InstaReturn is ideal for:

  • First-time online fashion buyers seeking assurance
  • Festive shoppers exploring bold outfit choices
  • Gifting customers who need added flexibility

Because fashion should feel liberating—not final.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 3 days of delivery (not opting InstaReturn) if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • The wrong item, size, or color was shipped.
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

Note: Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non‑Returnable” are excluded unless damaged in transit.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and vendor integrity, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear, swimwear, and beauty products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance or flash sale items
  • Products under ₹250 (unless defective)

3. Return Process

  1. Submit a return request via your FashionLuvy account within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Upload clear photos of the issue (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review and coordinate with the vendor.
  4. Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled or a return address provided.

You will receive email/SMS updates throughout the return process.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued via:

  • Original payment method (card, UPI, wallet).
  • Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) for COD orders.

5. Vendor-Specific Returns

Some vendors may have custom return policies. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page. FashionLuvy ensures all vendors meet minimum quality and service standards.

6. Dispute Resolution

If a return is denied or delayed, customers may escalate the issue via our Support Portal. FashionLuvy will mediate between customer and vendor under our Buyer Protection Guarantee.
